Project 4 - Career e-Portfolio 

The first step in my career planning is identifying my skills, interests and workplace value. Next step, i will explore the career options and choose my career path. At the end, i will link my career choice to a college major. I think that career planning is very important because it will help me take the right procedures and apply it in the future. And each should set a clear expectation about what will happen when they will be appointed for this career. In addition, career planning will help any employer to understand their duties and responsibilities throughout the day.
